(Veterans are to be 7 years of age and over). It shall be the duty of the Committee of the exhibition to supply all possible evidence, including the names and addresses of any witnesses, to any such incident, in a report to TCA  Inc. Council within seven (7) days of the exhibition. The responsibility of investigating and taking appropriate action in connection with cases of causing annoyance shall rest with the TCA  Inc.
